We sometimes carry a lot of burdens throughout our life span, which in return causes us stress. When we stress we tend to make bad eating habits which produce increase weight gain. Let's challenge ourselves today to allow some of our stress to dissolve. Let go some of those burdens and start a journey of healing our minds today. Take a moment and take a deep breath in and out. Do this for 1 minute to clear our mind. As always, you are very special and capable of all things.
